The following is sent on behalf of David Rossetti, Chief of Behavioral Health Services:
As part of our ongoing efforts to expand and refine our programs and services to meet the needs of our communities, we would like to let you know about several leadership changes throughout the Behavioral Health division.
• Behavioral Health Centers (BHCs): We are pleased to announce that Amy DiRamio has been named to the new position of Executive Program Director of Behavioral Health. She will supervise the Assistant Director of the BHC at New Karner, Katri Noble-Johnson; and the Assistant Director of the BHC at Franklin, Scott Orr. In addition, Amy will supervise Nicole DeSantis, who has been named Senior Client Engagement Specialist. Lisa Brate will transition into a new role providing support to David Rossetti and Amy DiRamio. Additionally, Dr. Laurie Nadal will be stepping down as the full-time psychiatrist, but will continue to work with Northern Rivers in a limited capacity. A search for a full-time replacement is underway.
• OnTrackNY: Dr. Lauren Utter will be leaving at the end of the month as Director and Team Leader of OnTrackNY. JoAnne Schneider, who has led our Mobile Crisis Response Services, will become the new Director and Team Leader for OnTrackNY. Also, Dr. Arlene Nock has joined the team as Prescriber.
• Mobile Crisis Response Services: Dr. Melissa Jenks will oversee all programs as Director of Mobile Crisis Response Services.
Please join us in congratulating our colleagues on their new roles, and in extending our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Dr. Utter and Dr. Nadal for their service to our organization and our clients during their tenure.
